How to Make the You Are the Light of the World Glow Stick Card
Being by opening up Cricut Design Space.
If you would like, feel free to use my cut file HERE. Change the wording to customize the glow stick card wording to what you would like.
If you choose to create your own, begin by measuring the glow stick. Add at least three inches to the length measurement. This is how long the card will be. The width of the card only needs to be about an inch and a half. Create the logo or image on the top inch or so. To make the slits, use the square tool and unlock it so that it will make rectangles. Make small rectangles that will cut as the slits. Do NOT make the slits the exact same as the length measurement. The glow stick should be longer than the distance between the slits so that it will stay.
Cut out as many as you need using the card stock and Cricut Explore machine.
Insert the glow stick bracelet through the little slits. For these glow sticks that I ordered from Oriental Trading, the sticks come with separate plastic pieces that fit around the end of the glow stick to make it a bracelet. If you are using similar ones, be sure to place one plastic piece on the glow stick bracelet after inserting the stick through the card.
