Wedding Gift Wrapping

When it comes to wedding gift wrapping, sometimes simple is better. My favorite gift wrap is brown kraft type paper. It has a nice neutral background, and you can dress it up with almost any color and make it look awesome. For my sister’s wedding a few weeks ago, I used brown wrapping paper, lace, and my Silhouette to quickly wrap her presents.

I wrapped her gift in brown paper then cut beaded lace to wrap around the gift. I hot glued the lace to the back.

I then cut out the saying “Live Your Happily Ever After” in white vinyl with my Silhouette. I attached it easily with transfer tape.

For her second gift, I added a tiny chalkboard.

Stopping over from the Silhouette Challenge!

What an adorable idea for dressing up a gift! I, too, love dressing up plain brown paper. The chalkboard is a cute little addition!

    Much Love,

Very pretty! I’m a huge fan of Kraft paper too! I think I’m going to use kraft cardstock for the tag swap!

I wrap everything in craft paper (much to my husbands dismay, I have 2 containers full of wrapping paper!) and I love how you decorated the packages, my favorite is the little chalk board

I, too, am in love with the look of brown-paper packages tied up with string…or in this case, lace! Such a creative wrapping job…it’s a gift in and of itself!
