My kids love playing tic tac toe. It’s a fun game to play on the go, right? When I came across this Tic Tac Toe die on Pretty Pink Posh, I thought that it would make for an easy party favor project. The supplies are inexpensive, making the project great for bulk. For parties, you can place a variety of favors in the bag along with the tic tac toe pieces. Once emptied, the front of the bag is the tic tac toe board.
Supplies:
- Pretty Pink Posh Tic Tac Toe Die
- Glue Dots Mini Dots
- Cricut Cuttlebug with plates
- Card stock
- Plain paper bag
- Hole punch
- Ribbon or twine
- Tic tac toe playing pieces – I’m using poms from CraftProjectIdeas.com, but you could use any thing that you have available.
Use the Pretty Pink Posh tic tac toe die, card stock, and the Cricut Cuttlebug to create the tic tac toe piece.
Apply Glue Dots Mini Dots to the back of the tic tac toe piece along the edges and the center parts.
Adhere the tic tac toe piece to the brown paper bag.
Fold the top of the bag down approximately an inch. Punch two holes in the top.
When closing the bag, use the ribbon or twine through the two holes.
Do you have a Cricut Cuttlebug? I like using it for simple projects when I do not want to pull out my big Cricut machine. Find more Cricut related tutorials on my Cricut Project Page.

This is just the most clever little treat bag! I love your tic-tac-toe and pom pom decor – so versatile for so many occasions! As a mom of 4 kids, I can attest that this would go far for treats, teacher gifts, adding gift cards … perfection! The Glue Dots are tiny enough to be hidden and strong enough to hold everything just right! TFS!
Gee why didn’t I think of that? This is clever!
