Sweet and Salty LUNA Bar Snack Mix

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED. Looking for a quick and easy way to create a delicious snack mix? This Sweet and Salty LUNA Bar Snack Mix is fast and delicious. Thank you to LUNA Bar for sponsoring today’s post and a giveaway so that you can try one for yourself (and maybe even make a snack mix of your own!).

I have many friends who have a New Year’s Resolution of going gluten free. I know, from friends’ past experiences, that it can be hard to maintain a gluten free diet and still eat on-the-go foods. LUNA Bars have always been great for throwing in my purse for outings, but now they are all gluten free, as well. And, for snacks at home, I like to use them to make this Sweet and Salty LUNA Bar Snack Mix.

Sweet & Salty LUNA Bar Snack Mix | Use snack bars as an easy way to create a snack mix

Ingredients:

  • One LUNA Bar, cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 c. dried cranberries
  • 1/4 c. almonds

Sweet & Salty LUNA Bar Snack Mix | Use snack bars as an easy way to create a snack mix

Mix all together and enjoy! Keep in an airtight container for up to three days.

Sweet & Salty LUNA Bar Snack Mix | Use snack bars as an easy way to create a snack mix

Bars already have many of the ingredients that I would normally find in a snack mix. When I have them on hand, using them in a snack mix saves on the amount of ingredients that I have to have in my pantry to make a snack mix.

Sweet & Salty LUNA Bar Snack Mix | Use snack bars as an easy way to create a snack mix

Have you ever tried LUNA Bars? LUNA’s regular line is now gluten free. Recognize the new gluten free line by looking for a pink circle on the front of each package that calls out gluten free. Keep in mind, stores are still transitioning their inventory from the old LUNA bars to the new Gluten Free variety. The bars are under 200 calories and made with 70% organic ingredients. There are also new flavors!

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED! CONGRATS TO ANNE, THE WINNER!
