Something about summer brings out the inner kid. I manage to stay completely adult-like during the fall and winter, but the warm weather comes out and I can run in the yard with the best of them. I’ve even been known to drench my daughter with a bucket full of water balloons. But summer is also equivalent to ice cream treats. I really like a good ice cream treat. And I’m always on the lookout for a new one. One thing that I’ve never tried are sorbet bars. Doesn’t that sound delicious? How about sorbet bars with a STARBURST™ twist?
We grill out a minimum of three times a week during the summer. We enjoyed these STARBURST™ Sorbet Bars after grilling out hamburgers. My husband, daughter, and I had one a piece, and I let the boys split one. We recently remodeled our back deck, so all my frozen treat moments have happened back there lately. I interrupted my daughter’s snacking to take this photo of me enjoying the STARBURST™ Sorbet Bar. It’s the very first photo she’s ever taken using the “Big Girl Camera.” I think the anticipating of getting back to her Sorbet Bar caused her to do pretty good job– take one and done!
The STARBURST Sorbet Bars have a fruity taste with a hint of the traditional STARBURST™ strawberry fruit chew. The explosion of flavors was refreshing after the meat-and-chips dinner. I was excited that it only has 70 calories! STARBURST™ Brand Sorbet Bars are available in 2.6-ounce 4-Packs for $3.99 and 2.6-ounce singles for $1.49 each at in the ice cream case at Walmart and other stores nationwide.
Would you like to try STARBURST™ Sorbet Bars after your next cookout? I have TWO full-value coupons that will go to one lucky reader! Use the below Rafflecopter form to enter, and be sure to follow along with Starburst on Twitter and Facebook.
