The holidays are sneaking up on us, one day at a time. Many of our holiday gatherings mean a potluck type of meal. Everyone invited brings a dish for everyone else to share. One of my favorite type of potluck meals is anything in a slow cooker. I’ve been making the easiest White Chicken Chili recipe ever, and the slow cooker makes it a cinch.
This recipe uses just a few simple ingredients, and I recently swapped my normal chicken broth that I would have used in the recipe with a Tetra Pak Carton Smart Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Simply Stock.
Want to use the Chicken Simply Stock in this slow cooker Easy White Chicken Chili recipe like my photo below? Get the recipe here!
Ingredients:
- 2 cans Cannellini beans, undrained
- 4-6 Frozen Chicken Tenders
- 2 packets of white chicken chili seasoning
- 1 carton of Pacific Foods Organic Chicken Simply Stock
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high or 3-4 hours. Enjoy!

That chili sounds fabulous!
Oooh, that sounds amazing! I’m just now making the switch to cartons. I tried the pumpkin and it was wonderful. I’m sold, I love this packaging. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
White chicken chili is sooooo yummy!
How cool!! I love how little space the cartons take!! Your chili sounds fantastic!
Thanks, Kadie!
Melanie I love this chili recipe…it’s so simple and looks delish! I absolutely LOVE Pacific Foods Stock! π
That looks beautiful, Melanie! Pinning right now! π
Thanks! And it’s so easy!
I love having cartons in the pantry – they fit so much better with all those boxes of pasta and mac & cheese π And that chili looks so simple and delicious!
White Chicken Chili sounds delish!!!
How many fl oz is the container of chicken stock? Making this tonight!!
It was the equivalent to a 14 ounce can. Happy dinner!
Thanks for the box info. I’ve used the chicken stock, but I’m thrilled to find there’s now cranberry! It is so difficult to find any organic cranberry sauce, unless I make it myself. With my disabilities, every little bit of help is important.
I’ve used cartons of tofu, soy milk, and rice milk for decades. I’m happy the uses for boxes are expanding.
Here in San Francisco, we can even compost the empty box/cartons.
