After months of making Steamed Honey Glazed Carrot Medallions, I finally realized that I couldn’t eat another steamed carrot. Just in time, the I Heart Naptime Cookbook by Jamielyn Nye arrived at my doorstep. With items that I already had in my pantry, I had these Roasted Balsamic Carrots whipped up for dinner in record time!
The I Heart Naptime Cookbook features 100 tried and true recipes that range from breakfast to dessert to snack time.
The recipes are easy to follow, and the recipe photos are clear and mouth watering. In the back, the book contains a few free craft templates that can be cut and used.
The Roasted Balsamic Carrots are delicious, and I’ll be making them at least once a week. I can’t wait to try out a few of the other recipes in the cookbook, as well!
