We were so excited to be invited to Pirate Birthday Party #2 this past weekend! It was such another fun time for all the kids.
Here’s a few highlights that we loved:
Once again, the party favors were awesome. My brother-in-law’s friend made these awesome swords. The kids also each got a pirate hat, sash, eye patch, and “loot” bag. My daughter’s pirate costume is officially complete!!
The red and black balloons down to the pool ramp were a nice touch.
The pirate boat centerpieces were adorable. And what do you do if you can’t find striped paper? Grab red electrical tape! An ingenious repurposing idea from my sister-in-law- we would have never even known had she not told us!
Her take on the Treasure Hunt Map was innovative.
The kids also went on a neat Treasure Hunt, which my daughter refused to participate in. She opted to stay behind and play with all the toys and eat pizza while the kids were away.
Another great pirate party! Super fun night for all. However, the end of my nephew’s parties means that our Minnie party is only getting closer….the countdown begins!
