Baking season is officially here! Before the holidays arrive, we know the kick-off to baking is Game Day. The glue that holds tailgating, game viewing parties, and fantasy football leagues together is an amazing treat. And I’m not talking chips and dip here- I’m talking chocolate ooey-gooey goodness. And I have an awesome recipe to take care of just that. MARS Bites Brownie S’mores are made with delicious Milky Way MARS Bites. Shhh…it’s the secret ingredient!
Now that we have the triplets, we don’t get to tailgate as much as we would like. But we still have viewing parties, and we have a fire pit in our back yard. This s’mores recipe is perfect because even after the fire leaves nothing but ashes, these s’mores are still ready to eat. No fire needed! And they are easy to pack in a container and take to any game for a delicious treat. As a busy mom, I developed this recipe to contain easy, pre-made ingredients to ensure that any mom can get these on the road and at the game no matter how limited time may be.
MARS Bites Brownie S’mores
Begin by gathering the ingredients- boxed brownie mix, canola oil, water, eggs, one 7 ounce bag of MARS Milky Way Bites, graham crackers, marshmallow creme.
Mix the brownie mix according to package directions. Add the entire bag of MARS Milky Way Bites and mix again. Pour into greased 13×9 pan.
Bake the brownies in a pre-heated oven (according to box directions) and remove after about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean. Note how the MARS Milky Way Bites have popped and the caramel is oozing in the brownie. Yum!
Let the brownies cool. During that time, spread a thick layer of marshmallow creme over the graham crackers. After brownies have cooled, cut them into the same approximate size as the graham cracker squares. Place a MARS Bite Milky Way Brownie on top of marshmallow creme graham cracker.
Notice the MARS Milky Way Bite caramel bursting out the side of this one? Yumm!
Stack them for an even messier treat!
- Boxed brownie mix
- Eggs, water, and oil as according to brownie mix ingredients
- One 7 ounce bag of MARS Milky Way Brownie Bites
- Jar of marshmallow creme
- Graham crackers
- Preheat oven and mix brownie mix as according to brownie mix box directions. Add bag of MARS Milky Way Bites and mix.
- Pour into greased 13×9 pan.
- Bake according to specified times on brownie mix box.
- Let brownies cool.
- Spread thick layer of marshmallow creme onto graham cracker squares.
- Cut brownies into squares and place on top of marshmallow creme graham crackers.
- Eat immediately or pack in loose container to take to the game!
