- One package of heat n’ serve mashed potatoes- I used the flavorful potatoes from Simply Potatoes. Yummy! Their potatoes are easy to make and taste like homemade.
- 3 strips of bacon, finely chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: Chives, garlic, etc. I say “optional” because this pregnant belly will not tolerate chives and garlic, which are seasonings I used to eat every day.
