It’s almost time for Christmas break, ya’ll! I’m excited to have the kids home from school with me for a few weeks. They are old enough to entertain themselves at this point, but I like to have a few craft ideas handy for them to work on when they start to aggravate each other. This Jingle Bell Ornament Craft is a fun project for them to create without any adult help.

This craft uses minimal supplies. Please note that the jingle bells may present a choking hazard to children under the age of 3. Use your own parental instinct and discretion when crafting with kids, but this craft is only recommended for children who are older than four and who are past the point of placing random craft supplies in their mouths.
Supplies for the Jingle Bell Craft Ornament
- Fuzzy stick (also known as a pipe cleaner) – These are fun Christmas themed fuzzy sticks!
- 1″ Jingle bells for crafting
- Glue Dot
How to Make
Place a jingle bell on the fuzzy stick.
Add another jingle bell to the fuzzy stick, facing the opposite direction.
Continue adding jingle bells until almost the entire fuzzy stick is full of jingle bells. There should be at least an inch of empty fuzzy stick on both ends.
Form the fuzzy stick in a circle and twist the ends of the fuzzy stick to secure AND to create an ornament hanging loop.
Add a bow! If kids are working on this craft by themselves, have them use a Glue Dot to add the bow. If adults are helping with the ornament, an adult can add the bow with a hot glue gun to make it more secure.
