Do you remember the good ‘ole days when the greatest craft on earth was Puffy Paint? Before Cricuts, Silhouettes, and heat transfer vinyl, all we creative girls had were a few t-shirts and some glittery paint. Are you reminiscing yet?
Even my grandmother was into Puffy paint. I think we had a shirt, sweatshirt, and sweatshirt-made-into-a-jacket to match every season and holiday. Applique and Puffy Paint went hand in hand back then.
It’s not officially called “Puffy Paint” anymore. Now, we have paints such as Tulip Dimensional Fabric Paint and Tulip Soft Fabric Paint. But it’s still the same great stuff that made us decorate a t-shirt like nobody’s business in the 90’s. And I’m here to dedicate an entire week to it- It’s Throwback time! But I’m bringing my own special spin and bring a modern edge to an old classic. Here’s what you can look forward to:
The Schedule
Monday– Fabric Paint/Puffy paint tips and secrets
Tuesday– Bride-to-be shirts with fabric paint
Wednesday– Character shirts with fabric paint
Thursday– Fabric Paint Great Projects & The Project Stash link party (our weekly link party)
Friday– Skinny Tie Onesies with Puffy Paint
I hope you’ll plan to join in on the fun! Do you have any Puffy Paint memories that you’d like to share?
What a fun week ahead! Can’t wait to see the projects!
