Holiday Teacher Gift Idea with Expressionary

This year, I had the privilege of working on several projects with the talented Laura Kelly of Laura Kelly Designs. She’s turned her super cute designs into a stationery line with Expressionery. I use notepads everyday, and I know that teachers would find these useful, too. Notepads and coordinating stickers are easy to wrap with a few craft room staples.

Supplies:

• Notepad/stickers or other stationery items
• Burlap scraps
• Red ribbon
• Green ribbon
• Adtech hot glue gun
• Chalkboard gift tag

Wrap the burlap around the note pad and stickers (or other items that you are gifting). I doubled up the burlap so that the items underneath would not show through the burlap holes. Use the glue gun to secure the burlap in the back of the package. I also added a pen to the front.

Wrap the red and green ribbon around the burlap and tie in a knot to secure.

Attach the chalkboard gift tag to the center of the ribbon and tie with the ribbon.

This gift wrapping idea takes about five minutes. Seriously. It took longer to gather my materials together!
