I’m excited to be participating this this month’s Silhouette Challenge again! This month, the theme is Print and Cut. I had actually made these Frozen Inspired Tattoos for my daughter’s Frozen themed Spa party last year, but I never got around to posting about them. If you’ve never tried the Silhouette Tattoo Paper, it’s a fun way to create customized tattoos. It is a bit on the pricey side, so I would never use it on a daily basis, but it’s great for kid’s parties.
To make these, I downloaded the Snow Princess cut file and the Cute Scandinavian Princess cut file from the Silhouette Design Store. Once you’ve purchased and downloaded these, layer the shapes and add the color to the images. If you’re not sure how to do this, check out my tutorial on How to Layer and Fill In Color for Silhouette Shapes. Then, use the print and cut function on the Silhouette software to cut out the tattoos following the instructions on the Silhouette Tattoo Paper.
Applying the tattoo is easy. The application method is the same as other tattoos that you would purchase in the store. The tattoos actually last for a few days.
