Fort Magic Fort Building Kit Giveaway

Fort Magic supplied a boredom buster fort building kit for my kiddos in exchange for this post. All opinions regarding the product are my own. Fort Magic is also the sponsor of the Fort Building Kit Giveaway.

Winter has been never ending. I am listening to sleet hit the window as I write this. I don’t think my oldest has went to school a full day since Christmas break. So she’s been bouncing off the walls, torturing her brothers to the max. She has this one game that she plays where she pulls them on a blanket like it’s a sled…yeah, it goes as well as you can imagine. When the awesome folks over at Fort Magic contacted me and asked if I would like to review a fort building kit, it was a no-brainer on my end. Unlimited fort building fun? Heck, yeah!

My daughter is at that age where she is obsessed with forts. Sheets over the table, cardboard shipping boxes- anything works for her active imagination. And now that she has brothers, it’s even better. She wants a “clubhouse” for her and all of her brothers. Of course, all four of them won’t fit in a cardboard box, and someone inevitably bangs their head under the table. Fort Magic provides an excellent answer to our clubhouse woes!

Once our kit was delivered, I could barely get it in the door before my daughter was begging to build a fort! Always an overachiever, she chose this Fort Magic Mansion as her first fort to build.

The excitement on her face as we pulled out the fort pieces was evident. Her only frustration was that I had to pause to take a picture.

We built the fort about halfway when she changed her mind and wanted a teepee type version. That’s the fun of being a kid, I guess. I managed to snap a few pictures of the connections before we pulled apart the fort mansion.

Our simple teepee shape was a proven winner. After forming the fort with the easy connectors, we covered it for a sheet for ultimate clubhouse privacy.

There are actually four kids in here. That look on her face makes me wonder if I caught something suspicious going on in the clubhouse.

As a mother, I was surprised at how heavy duty the Fort Magic pieces were. They connected easily, yet were sturdy for playtime and then disassembled quickly.
