Finding Jesus Under the Sea VBS Bulletin Board

My kids love VBS! Vacation Bible School is a standard summer event around our house. A fun theme always gets them excited, too. This year, our church’s theme is Finding Jesus Under the Sea. My friend Mary is the VBS director, and she’s done a great job at planning the theme this year. Earlier this summer we put together this themed bulletin board.

The bulletin board gave me an opportunity to pull out my Sizzix Laura Kelly Bigz Die – Fish #4. I cut out several fish in varying colors. We stapled them to blue background paper, hiding some behind green crepe paper for sea weed. My daughter made the easy jellyfish by painting a half of a paper plate and using crepe paper for legs.

I used my Cricut Explore to cut out the letters. By pre-cutting everything ahead of time, Mary and I were able to lay out the fish and letters to put the bulletin board together quickly.

This is so darling! I LOVE the way you use my dies for Sizzix to spread the word and the love of Jesus!
