Last week I shared a few DIY Pendant necklaces made easy with the Silhouette cutting machine. I made two pair of quick earrings to go along with the Reversible Pendant necklace. It was as easy to create these as it was the necklace (maybe easier!). I made these in a circular shape, but they can easily be altered to whatever shape that you desire! Here’s how to make easy DIY Circle Earrings.
Supplies:
- Silhouette
- Silhouette chipboard (don’t let it fool you- it’s more like a super thick cardstock than chipboard)
- Scrapbook paper
- Mod Podge
- Blank earring posts
- Jewel Glue
Lay out the supplies, and check to see what size earring blanks that you have. Mine were 6mm. I decided to cut my circle shapes 8 mm so that they would be a bit larger than the earring studs.
Create a circle shape in Silhouette Studio (in my case, a 8mm circle). Copy it so that there are now two circle shapes of the same size. Cut out these shapes on the chipboard. Reload the mat with the scrapbook paper and cut them again with the scrapbook paper.
Using the Mod Podge, adhere each scrapbook circle to a chipboard circle, making sure that the chipboard and scrapbook paper are lined up completely. Let dry.
Now use the jewel glue to attach the circle to the blank earring stud. Let dry.
Repeat with all other circles until the earrings are finished.
Don’t they make a great pairing with the Reversible Pendant Necklace?

I’m going to have to break down and get a silhouette after seeing your stunning designs. Just don’t think that mine would be near as beautiful as yours are. You are very talented!
You are giving me way too much credit! 🙂 Thank you, though. They were very easy!
These are so cute and creative, and I LOVE how simple they were to make! I’m going to have to buy some of that card stock…
Thanks, Bethany!
