I unfortunately know a thing or two about stress.
Raising triplets.
Raising a cancer survivor.
Having a spouse in graduate school.
And the list goes on.
But, as a former healthcare worker, I am also acutely aware of the negative effects that stress has on the body. I realized last year that I needed to take concrete steps to manage stress so that I could be a more effective mother and wife. I’ve created a few small, yet productive, habits in my weekly routines that have helped enormously. Eight months ago I began regularly meditating. While my schedule may not allow me to exercise everyday, I deliberately exercise multiple times a week and participate in outdoor sports-like activities with my kids on the days that I am not able to visit the gym.
Although these habits have helped to make a great change in daily stresses, there are still times when a crazy schedule makes me want to fall back into unhealthy habits like stress eating. If this sounds familiar, Stressballs Day and Night Gummies may be a solution.
Look for Stressballs at your local Walmart or hover over the image below to shop online!
This NEW stress management product found only at Walmart features natural ingredients that help keep stress levels in balance day and night. Stressballs Gummies are habit-free, drug-free, and caffeine-free. Stressballs contain all natural ingredients of ashwagandha, lemon balm, valerian root, lavender, ginseng, and melatonin. Stressballs Day helps destress, focus, and reenergize. Stressballs Night helps with sleep, relaxation, and night time destressing. I am a fan of the natural herbal blend, and the Stressballs Night Gummies help during those times when I just can’t seem to get my mind to “turn off.”
Find both products in the vitamin aisle of your local Walmart.
Another natural way to relieve stress is the classic stress ball. I did a quick Google search and discovered that stress balls have been around since at least 1988. While I’ve received a few stress balls over the years, they always seem to be lost when I need them most. Now that I’ve learned to make my own with water beads, I will always have one around.
Supplies to create a DIY Stress Ball:
- Water beads
- Translucent balloon
- Clean and dry disposable water bottle
For this DIY, I am using water beads that are already in their full bead form. If you have beads that have not yet been soaked in water, follow the instructions on the package to complete this step. Of course, save a step by purchasing ready made water beads.
Fill the disposable 16 ounce water bottle with water beads.
Slightly inflate the balloon, and place the balloon over the top of the bottle.
Turn the bottle until all of the beads are in the balloon.
Slowly remove the balloon from the bottle. Remove all air from the balloon.
Tie the balloon to close it.
Use the stress ball as needed!
Need more tips on destressing your day?
- Start the day with Stressballs Day. The citrus flavor is naturally energizing and helps to keep tasks on track.
- Meditate at various intervals throughout the day.
- Fit at least a few minutes of exercise in at some point during the day.
- Invest in an essential oil diffuser to keep your favorite, stress-relieving scent around during the day.
- Cease electronics an hour before bed.
- Take a calming berry flavor Stressballs Night before bed to calm nerves and manage stresses of the day.
- Drink a cup of tea formulated to help with relaxation and sleep.

With the amount of stress that we do have nowadays something like this is necessary. I’m definitely going to be looking for this the next time I go to Walmart.
I love that I can make my own DIY stress ball! And I’ve been hearing a lot about those Stressball Gummies. I need them in my life.

That DIY looks fun to try and finish. I am a fan of stress balls and other types of stress relievers. Certainly a must try.
What type of tea would you best recommend to help with sleeping faster? My mom has tried one with valerian root to help relax but it didn’t help her with sleep.
I use one with a combination of chamomile, spearmint & lemongrass.
Those stressballs are amazing. My daughters own some of them, and we love them. I’d love to make some myself now that I know how. This would be great!
Oh, wow! Your DIY stress ball looks so neat. We bought our son a bunch of stress balls for Christmas and he loves them.
This is a great post. I love stress balls and my friends do too, this is a great idea. I will use it soon.
I have to find some of those beads! They look comforting and something I could doodle with. The stress jellies are something I would love as well!
Thanks for sharing this! I can’t wait to make one for my husband.
I need to make one of these stress balls! Summer vacation just started with 3 kids… And it’s going to be a long summer
Would you double up on the balloon if giving to a child? How easily might this break, don’t want the added stress of a mess 🤣
Hi, I would not give it to a child under 3. My boys are 6, and they have used it without breaking it. However, if you have a child that has a fascination with bursting balloons, they would definitely find a way to break it!
