DIY Dance Recital Pictures, Part Two

A few weeks ago I shared last year’s DIY Dance photos. I did the princess’ dance photos this year, too. It’s not that I’m too cheap to get her photos done professionally, I’m just a total mom-a-razzi. I take too many pics. But this year we had a prop! Oh, yeah! Princess also had sass this year. Here’s my tips on doing your own Dance Pics this year.

Grab a snapshot of the feet. This can be cute for a card or just to have another angle.

Off-center the subject of the picture. This is one of my favorite photography tips.

Give the kids time to be silly. Those are the best pictures ever!

    I absolutely love the idea of the framed work Dance but the fact that you used string to you can see through it and she is able to hold it in front of herself is brilliant! Thanks for the great idea! I will be sharing this is clients at my dance studio!
