- Cork board
- Paint (from the OOPSIE! paint section at Lowe’s- gotta love it!!)
- Painter’s Tape
- Fabric the size of corkboard
- Office stapler
- Screw-on hooks
Use the painter’s tape to tape out the inside of the board. Although I was covering it with fabric, I’m OCD like that. Place the newspapers under the cork board. Use your color of paint to paint the outside frame. Add a couple of coats, as needed. Let dry completely.
Cut a piece of fabric to fit the inside of the cork board. Using the office stapler, staple it a few places around the edges. I tried folding the edges under and stapling from the inside, but it didn’t really work for me. The fabric got all messy and disheveled.
