Choco-Pumpkin Smoothie

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TruMoo. All opinions are 100% mine.

It’s pumpkin season! I think I’ve seen just about everything with a pumpkin flavor this year, and it’s inspired me to make my own smoothie variation. The chocolate milk in this recipe balances out the pumpkin flavor for a delicious combination. It only takes a few ingredients to make this Choco-Pumpkin Smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup TruMoo Chocolate flavored milk
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 tbs. Honey
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree

Pour the milk and pumpkin puree in a blender. Add the pumpkin pie spice. Add the honey, using a spoon or other kitchen utensil to make sure all of the honey gets out of the measuring spoon and into the mixture. It may take a few seconds for it all the dribble out, but be patient until it all empties.  Add the ice. Pulse the blender on crush ice until the ice is mixed in well, then stir for a few minutes until all ingredients are completely combined.

Empty the mixture into a glass, add a fun straw, and enjoy!

Using a flavored milk is a good option for flavoring recipes while using less ingredients. TruMoo offers vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate! See TruMoo for more information. We obviously used the chocolate flavor for this recipe.
