This week I put a different spin on the New Hamburger Helper Cheesy Italian Beef that I was sent to try. I made mini pizzas!
These pizzas were so easy to make.
Cook the Hamburger Helper as directed on the package.
Spray a cooking spray onto a one or two cookies sheets. Press pre-packaged biscuit dough into 6 inch rounds onto the cookie sheets. I used a 5 biscuit can, but an 8 biscuit can would work, also. It would just require 2 baking sheets instead of one. Spread pizza sauce onto the pressed biscuit rounds. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the sauce. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
At this step, I did pre-bake the biscuit rounds for 3 minutes.
After the Hamburger Helper has finished cooking, spread the mixture on top of the pizza rounds. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Done! I’d never had pasta on pizza before, but it was awesome! And there was still plenty of Hamburger Helper for left-overs for another meal.
