Here’s another great holiday recipe adapted from Pillsbury! I like kid-friendly recipes, especially neat ones that I can whip up for her preschool. And this recipe is fun- my little one helped make these (as I’m sure you can tell, but that’s half the fun of Christmas baking!). This Cereal Christmas Wreath recipe uses three easy ingredients!
Cereal Christmas Wreaths
Ingredients:
2 cups Cheerios
1 cup of green candy melt wafers
Red candies or sprinkles
Line a platter or cookies sheet with foil. Melt the candy wafers as directed on the package. Meanwhile, pour the 2 cups of Cheerios in a large bowl. Once the candy wafers are melted, pour them over the Cheerios and mix them well to make sure all the Cheerios are coated.
Drop three tablespoons of the mixture onto the foil, and use your fingers to shape them into a wreath. Place the red candies or sprinkles around the wreaths before the wreaths harden. Let the wreaths set for about five minutes.
What an easy recipe that includes a great ingredient like Cheerios!!
So fun!! Zoey would love making some of these, thanks for sharing ๐
Adorable, a great way to use up all of these Cheerios we have!
