Bright and Cheery Thank You Cards {with free printable!}

Have you had the privilege to hang out at a mom’s craft night out? FUN doesn’t even begin to describe them! One of my favorite things about adult craft nights is seeing the different creative takes on the same project. Even when there is a craft theme, and even the same supplies, each project has it’s own unique spin based on the creativity of the individual. Card making is a great adult craft night. With a box of blank cards and a few supplies, moms can create an arsenal of bright and cheery thank you cards for upcoming needs. Keep this project in mind for your next mom’s craft night out!

 

 

Supplies:

• Blank cards and envelopes
• Washi tape in various colors
• White card stock for the printer
• Self-healing mat
• Scotch® Brand Utility Knife
• Scotch® Brand Permanent Mounting Tape
• Various embellishments (card stock circles, ribbon, etc.)

 

 

Grab the below free printable for this card project. Right click the below image to save it to your computer. Print it off using your computer printing software. Pay attention to the size of that you print the circle. Be sure that the circle size is in relation to the blank cards that you’ve purchased.

 

Print the circle on white card stock, one for each card that you want to make. Use the Scotch® Brand Utility Knife to cut the circle out smoothly on the self-healing mat.

 

 

 

Set the circle aside.

Open the blank card up onto the self healing mat. Apply washi tape across the front in your desired pattern. Let that creativity shine! Use the Scotch® Brand Utility Knife to cleanly cut the washi tape at the card edges.

 

 

 

Use Scotch® Brand Permanent Mounting Tape to affix any card stock embellishments and the “Thank You” circle to the card. The Scotch® Brand Permanent Mounting Tape is sticky on both sides, so it’s perfect for these kind of crafts!
