My boys are getting to where they appreciate and understand group games. They enjoy playing them in school and group settings. It’s a good thing and bad thing. With three boys, they are more than competitive! As a mom, I like games that have an educational component. This Beginner Bingo helps with shapes, colors, and following directions.
I’m including a pack of 6 different bingo cards. There are slight variations to each of the 6 cards. There is also one card included that you can use to create cards to draw for the game. On this card, you’ll cut the shapes from thick card stock, place them into a bowl, and draw them for the game.
To access the cards, click THIS LINK to head to a dropbox folder that contains the cards. Print them on your home printer using thick card stock. Optionally, you could also print it on regular paper and laminate them.
Goldfish crackers make for fun playing pieces. You can add an additional element to the game by having the kids match the color of the Goldfish crackers to the color of the shape.
What a great idea! I love the idea of using Goldfish crackers for Bingo. I’m off to Plant my Vote 🙂
That is such a cool game! My kids are too old for this game, but my nephew would love it! It would be a great game to keep him entertained in the car!
Now this is a great idea. WE are trying to think of ideas for an upcoming school event for the preschoolers. This is perfect! I am going to share this with the party planners. Thanks for the great idea!
I so love bingo. It’s such a fun and easy game. I love playing with the whole family and watching everyone try to say bingo first. I will be checking this out.
This is such a great and creative idea for kids!! Playing a game and snacking are two of my favorite things to do when I’m relaxing so I know the kids love it. Great job!
Haha, I would lose track of my score because I would be eating the gold fish. I really like the creativity though, I may stray away from using the goldfish and keep them in a bowl and have the kids cut out the shapes and colour them in so that way it’s more interactive for them.
How cute are these Bingo Cards? I love the goldfish colors…and what a clever way to mark your Bingo Cards! Goldfish are one of our favorite snacks…we like the original yellow!
What an awesome idea! I love that Goldfish rainbow crackers are infused with nothing but the good stuff. It makes for a delicious, healthy treat!
Oh my gosh! I never even thought about bingo for little kids! This is so fantastic! My son is highly competitive but while he is, I’m trying to teach him to be a team player. This is so great because we were also thinking of something fun to do for the kids while they’re bored.
