Do you participate in any fun gift exchanges over Christmas? This year, a few friends and I planned a unicorn themed gift exchange. I had no idea that so much unicorn merchandise existed! Out of almost 10 of us participating, I think there was only one item that was duplicated. Crazy! I did a mix of crafty and store bought and decided on a “Bake Like a Unicorn” gift. How does a unicorn bake, you ask? With lots of rainbow sprinkles and sugary treats, of course!
I included the following items in the bag (I’ve included links to a few of the items that I ordered on Amazon. They are affiliate links) :
- Wilton Baking Cups
- Pink Wilton Candy Melts
- Wilton Lollipop Sticks
- Wilton Sprinkles
- Wilton Rock Sugar Gems
- Unicorn Cookie Cutter
- Unicorn Candy Mold
To make the bag, I used a plain canvas bag and pink and teal heat transfer vinyl. I grabbed the unicorn shape from the Silhouette Online Store.
Confession: I made the shape larger than the piece of heat transfer vinyl that I had. The unicorn’s tail and wing were not cut! I solved the problem by ironing the unicorn to the edge of the bag as if it was coming off the side.
This is also a gift that ships well. Spread some unicorn love to your friends that love to bake with this fun themed gift!
