I’m officially exhausted. The holidays have zapped me, and there’s still a week of winter break left for my kids. From partying to decorating to baking to wrapping to cleaning to organizing….ahhh!! And the kids still have to eat somewhere in there, right? I have found myself squeaking by in the cooking department, and I’ve been relying on fast and easy meals with simple side dishes to get through the holiday hustle and bustle.
When I want my kids to get extra healthy goodness, my favorite way to sneak those things in are with sauces and dips. Even on nights where we have pizza, I try to whip up a healthy pizza crust dip like this Avocado Ranch Dip. Pair it with a Freschetta Naturally Rising 4-Cheese Pizza, and there’s freshness you can taste!
This recipe includes a variety of spices that you probably already have in your spice rack.
It also includes healthy fats like avocado and olive oil.
Yet, this is an easy blender recipe that can be made in a matter of minutes!
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- Juice from (1) lemon
- 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- Black pepper and pink Himalayan salt to taste
Peel and remove the pit from the avocados.
Add all the ingredients into the blender.
Puree until the mixture is smooth.
The dip will be thick. For a thinner dip, add 1 teaspoon of almond milk or coconut milk until the dip has reached the desired consistency.
Pull a Freschetta pizza out of the oven, and watch the kids flock to the table for dinner. With sauce made from vine ripened tomatoes and 100% real provolone and mozzarella cheeses, Freschetta is the better choice in frozen pizza.

I love this idea! I get so tired of the butter garlic dip. This is an excellent option.
Avocado and ranch are two of my favorites and that pizza looks amazing! I’m sure the combo is irresistible!
The holidays utterly exhausted me too! Fortunately I have 1 more day before I go back to work. I love the idea of an avocado ranch dressing. We usually just do ranch + pizza but this is much much better!
That looks fantastic! I love dipping my pizza crusts in something (usually garlic butter) so I’ll have to give this a try!
Oh, I have never tried this before. I love anything with avocado in it, growing up in California our house had avocado trees and we had it with everything.
I really love an easy weeknight meal and this dip sounds awesome!!! Adds great flavor to the crisp crust!
This sounds like an awesome dip! I definitely have to try this next time we get a Freschetta pizza!
You can never go wrong with avocado in my opinion, cannot wait to give this a try!
