From cookouts with family to summer parties with the children’s program at church, we are planning on plenty of opportunities to enjoy summer and the sweet treats that come along with it.
Ice cream parties are a cool way to ring in the summer months. These Rice Krispies Ice Cream Cups put a different spin on a traditional ice cream cone, and they come in a hand-held size that is perfect for ice cream and toppings.

Remove the pan from the stovetop. Pour in the Rice Krispies cereal. Mix thoroughly.
Spray a twelve cup muffin tin with non-stick spray, completely coating each muffin tin.
Spray a bit of the non-stick spray on your hands. Press the Rice Krispies mixture into each muffin tin, covering the bottom and sides to create a cup.
Using a knife to loosen the sides of muffin tin and pull out each cup.
