We don’t have many snow days in the south. So when my daughter was out of school for THREE days in a row for snow, I thought we would all go stir crazy. The meteorologist is calling for more snow this week, and that means we may have a repeat scenario. We like using snow days for craft days, though, and I couldn’t believe all the easy crafts that we kept spitting out! I’m thankful for a nice craft stash, and I’m glad for awesome companies that CraftProjectIdeas.com that send me fun craft supplies like the ones for today’s craft. They sent me these cute Monster Stickers a few months ago, but inspiration for their use didn’t hit until our snow-a-palooza. Here are our Easy Monster Stick Puppets.
Ok, this is so easy that it really doesn’t need directions. Feel free to make this project your own!
Use the craft paints to paint the craft sticks in various colors. I let my little one do this. Yep, she has mad painting skills. Let dry completely.
Now stick the Monster Stickers to the sticks. Seriously. Too easy, right? Instant Monster Stick Puppets!
I was surprised at how much my daughter liked these! She’s very girly, and monsters, well, aren’t. But she had a blast entertaining her brothers with Monster Stick Puppet Shows over the baby gate. Hey, whatever passes the snow day time.
